COOH Magnetic Beads for NGS

BOINEER’s COOH Magnetic Beads for NGS are coated with high-density Carboxyl (COOH) groups on the surface of Silica Magnetic Beads with irregular size. COOH functional groups form covalent bonds with biomolecules containing amine groups. This allows COOH Magnetic Beads to purify large proteins. Using the MagListo™ Magnetic Separation Rack (TM-1000, TM-1010, TM-1011, TM-1020, TM-1030) or other magnetic separation racks, biomolecules attached to the beads can be easily purified by magnetic force.
Overview
BOINEER’s COOH Magnetic Beads for NGS are coated with high-density Carboxyl (COOH) groups on the surface of Silica Magnetic Beads. Depending on the size, COOH Magnetic Beads are available as irregular AccuNanoBead™. All magnetic beads developed by BIONEER have a pure magnetite (iron(Ⅱ, Ⅱ) oxide, Fe3O4) core. Compared to other beads that use polymer cores, BIONEER’s magnetic beads have higher magnetic saturation, allowing them to be collected more quickly by a magnet. This enables faster separation and purification of target biomolecules. Additionally, BIONEER’s technology allows for more functional groups to be attached to the surface, increasing the efficiency of experiments by capturing more target biomolecules with the same volume as magnetic beads.
