Go to Shipping Cart
→ click “Print Invoice” at the down side of shopping cart.
When order status is "Processing"
- Synthesis Service( DNA / RNA / Gene Synthesis / Pombe) : Send email to cs1@bioneer.com with order number & your ID before 4pm (GMT+9) on the same day of your order. However, be aware that cancelation may be impossible if the synthesis has already begun.
- Others : Send email to cs1@bioneer.com with order number & your ID before the next day 9:00 am (GMT+9)
When order status is "Completed"
- Sorry, your order has already been shipped. You can’t cancel your order.

My Account → My orders → Click “Reorder”
My Account → My orders → Click “View order” → Your tracking Number will be shown in the third tab, under Order Shipments.
