When order status is "Processing"
- Synthesis Service( DNA / RNA / Gene Synthesis / Pombe) : Send email to cs1@bioneer.com with order number & your ID before 4pm (GMT+9) on the same day of your order. However, be aware that cancelation may be impossible if the synthesis has already begun.
- Others : Send email to cs1@bioneer.com with order number & your ID before next day 9:00 am (GMT+9).
When order status is "Completed"
- Sorry, your order has already been shipped. You can’t cancel your order.
Sorry. FedEx and DHL are the only delivery companies we can provide.
