ExiPrep™ Plus Plant Total RNA kit allows rapid extraction of highly-pure total RNA with high-yield from various plant samples such as leaf tissues, roots, flowers, seeds, etc., using automatic nucleic acid extraction instruments: ExiPrep™16 Plus and ExiProgen™. Pre-filled buffer cartridges with essential reagents for nucleic acid extraction can be used to isolate maximum of 16 samples simultaneously with ease. Furthermore, following the preparation method in the user manual, Plant Lysis Buffer and Beta-Mercaptoethanol included in this product can break down plant tissues and effectively remove impurities while suppressing RNA degradation through RNase.
