A) Eluted fraction after binding of Human IgG followed by washing through Protein G magnetic bead from Bioneer (AccuNanoBead™) or from a competitor L. Upper and lower bands are heavy (HC) and light chain (LC) of purified Human IgG in SDS-PAGE gel, respectively.
B) Comparison of binding capacity in Bioneer’s AccuNanoBead ™ with competitor’s. Amount of bound IgG is quantified by UV-spectrophotometer. All reaction is carried out for 1 hour at room temperature. Human IgG is purchased from Sigma (Cat. no. I4506).
