AccuPower® GoldHotStart Taq PCR PreMix applies GoldHotStart Taq DNA polymerase to not only enhance specificity and PCR amplification, but also reduce non-specific reactions such as mis-priming and primer-dimer formation that may occur at a low temperature. In addition, the components necessary for PCR such as DNA polymerases, dNTPs, reaction buffers, etc. are thoroughly mixed and vacuum-dried, each packaged with amounts sufficient for a single PCR run.

The cycling conditions for AccuPower® GoldHotStart Taq PCR PreMix were 95°C for 5 min, 30 cycles of 95°C for 30 sec, 55°C for 30 sec and 72°C for 30 sec. PCR reactions using other supplier’s PCR master mix were performed according to each supplier's protocol.
