Products made from our Custom AccuPower® PCR PreMix Service have great advantage of high reaction specificity and PCR amplification efficiency, along with minimized amplified products from non-specific reactions and primer-dimer formation. Premix for various types of PCR reactions can be ordered such as complex genomics, cDNA templates, low-copy targets, multiplex PCR, and etc. Moreover, all the requested reactants essential for the hot start PCR such as DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffers, and thermostable PPase are mixed with the ordered primer sets and vacuum-dried, each packaged with amounts sufficient for one run to start the PCR reaction conveniently just by adding the template and the D.W.

Custom AccuPower® DsRed2 HotStart PCR PreMix was tested three times, A-1, A-2 and A-3, with the condition of: 1. 94°C 2 min; 2. 30 cycles of 94°C 30 sec, 58°C 30 sec and 72°C 30 sec; 3. 72°C 3 min. 5 ul of amplified PCR product was run on a 2% TBE agarose gel.
