FAQ

What is the Customized qPCR Panel Kit?

Customized qPCR Panel kit is a customized product that is produced by distributing qPCR primers into each well of 96-well plate and drying them. All the primers are validated through series of tests, and have high specificity and sensitivity for genes that customers will be using in their protocols. This allows the customers to greatly reduce the time and cost of primer design and validation, and accurately quantify the gene expression level using this kit.

How do I use this product?

As the primers for qPCR are all readily dried on the plate, you just need too add the samples and the AccuPower ® 2X GreenStar ™ qPCR Master Mix.

Is this service compatible with instruments other than the ones from Bioneer's?

Although it is true that the Customized qPCR panel kit is optimized for ExiCycler 96 instruments, it is also compatible with most of the 96-well thermal block qPCR devices. If you are using instruments other than 96 well thermal block type (ex. Rotor-gene), please contact us separately.

Can you synthesize the primers with the sequences I want?

Yes, simply write the primer sequences in the order form and send it to us. We include them in the Customized qPCR panel kit.
