You can also analyze the S-Protein gene sequence of fewer positive samples such as 100 copies or less using a Nested PCR kit. To quickly determine the variation of the S gene for SARS-CoV-2 positive samples, use this kit to perform RT-PCR quickly and accurately. And when you request the sequencing service of Bioneer, we analyze the sequence of S gene and provide the data. If you analyze the sequence of S-Protein yourself, you can purchase the sequencing primer set separately. The number of viruses is different for each sample of COVID-19 patients, so you need to use the appropriate kit for successful amplification. You can quickly and economically check the variation of S-protein by selecting the appropriate kits according to the virus copy of the estimated RNA extract through molecular diagnostic tests.
