AccuPower® Ligation PreMix is freeze-dried in a 0.2 ml tube by mixing components necessary for ligation reactions such as T4 DNA Ligase, ATP and reaction buffer. DNA can be ligated to the plasmid vector with high efficiency within 5 minutes at the room temperature (10 minutes for Blunt-end DNA). Moreover, stabilizers added to keep the activity at room temperature for 4 months. If kept frozen (-20°C), the activity will remain constant for more than 3 years.
