For an accurate relative quantitative analysis, the reference gene which is used as an internal control should be expressed reliably, and the amount expressed should be closely related to the amount of Total RNA in the sample. This set provides 15 types of typical reference genes as a Multiplex (5 plex), and this allows checking all the 15 types of reference genes in a single experiment even with a small amount of each sample.
