AccuPower® Human Immune Checkpoint qPCR Panel Kit is used for gene analysis in relation to the immune gateway of a sample by running Real-Time PCR. The kit provides 39 of all relevant genes and 3 control primers validated in accordance with MIQE guidelines which ensures reliability so that the results can be loaded in the literature.
Production procedures are in accordance with the MIQE guideline[1] standard, the qPCR paper criterion proposed by Real-Time PCR experts.
