Biotin-TEG phosphoramidite
Phosphorylation reagent II introduces various labeling reagents including fluorescence to the 5'-end of oligonucleotides to be used for genomic researches, molecular diagnostics and other molecular biology researches.
※ This product is shipped in dry ice.
Overview
• 5'-Biotin phosphoramidite is a reagent used to directly incorporate a biotin label at the 3'-, 5'-terminus and internal position during solid phase oligonucleotide synthesis.
• The DMT (dimethoxytrityl) group on the biotin moiety can be removed during synthesis to measure coupling efficiency or retained on the oligonucleotide to facilitate RP or cartridge purification.
• Steric hindrance can be minimized with insertion of 4-ethylene glycol linker between the biotin moiety and the oligo.
Recommended Storage Conditions
