• When synthesizing oligonucleotides, It is recommended to treat for 8 hours at 55°C with concentrated ammonia or use methylamine gas for cleavage and deprotection.
(When using methylamine gas, it is recommended to utilize dC-Ac(CE)-PA as dC(Bz)-CE-PA can be acetylated)
