Overview

C. difficile is a gram-positive bacterium known as one of the causative agents of colonic infections. C. difficile is a flora that appears in the intestinal tract and acts as an opportunistic infection when immunity is compromised. C. difficile is a common pathogen that can cause diarrhea and colon damage when infected.

Sensitivity
By applying the patented PyroHotStart(Enzyme-mediated HotStart) technology that minimizes non-specific reactions and maximizes reaction efficiency, only the target gene can be effectively amplified even with a trace amount of template DNA.
