ExiPrep™ 48 Viral RNA Kit is designed for accurate and rapid extraction of viral RNA from various human specimens using ExiPrep™ 48 Dx. Carrier RNA is included in the cartridge to prevent RNA degradation. The entire extraction process is carried out automatically through via ExiPrep™ 48 Dx instrument.

The efficiency of ExiPrep™ 48 Viral RNA Kit was confirmed with two quantitative concentrations of HIV-1 panel. Viral RNA was extracted from plasma using ExiPrep™ 48 Viral RNA Kit and quantitative RT-PCR was performed with AccuPower® HIV-1 Quantative RT-PCR Kit.
