AccuPower® JAK2 V617F Quantitative PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic kit designed for the quantification of each Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) wild and mutant type SNP to determine the mutant ratio related to myeloproliferative disorder (MPD) through real-time PCR.

Product Description

The Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) gene has been reported to be related to myeloproliferative disorder (MPD). Studies has revealed that 90% mutation ratio of JAK2 V617F is found in PV (Polycythemia Vera) patients, 35%-70% mutation ratio in ET (Essential Thrombocythemia) patients, and 50% mutation ratio in Myelofibrisis patients.

AccuPower® JAK2 V617F Quantitative PCR Kit includes serially diluted Standard Positive Control (SPC) 1~5 for the quantification of each JAK2 wild and mutant type SNP.

AccuPower® JAK2 V617F Quantitative PCR Kit test results using clinical samples.

User centric ExiGenotyper software automatically analyzes the test results based upon the Ct (threshold cycle) value. JAK2 final results are represented as mutant ratio (%) calculated by the wild and mutant type concentration of each sample.
