Opaque White 96-well Semi-skirted PCR Plate (25 plates)

Bioneer's Opaque White 96-well semi-skirted PCR plate is made of polypropylene. It is especially designed to reproduce the results of real-time PCR in a reproducible and sensitive way. Opaque White 96-well Semi-skirted PCR Plate is compatible with other PCR instruments including Exicycler ™ 96 and can be used with RNase and DNase free treatment. In addition to increasing the ratio of signal to noise compared to conventional plates, you can increase the reflection efficiency and measure more sensitively. This plate also measures light sensitively during Real-Time PCR by blocking crosstalk between wells and reducing the loss of light between sample and detector. Each row is labeled alphabetically, and the columns are numbered for ease of use. Semi-skirted plates are harder than non-skirted plates and can be positioned more precisely for more accurate results.
