1. The sheet resistance according to the coating thickness

This result shows the sheet resistance according to the thickness of the coating film.
Improvement of sheet resistance can be found with the increased coating thickness

2. Test of coating film stability by temperature

This graph shows the result of the stability test using coating film according to the temperature after heat treatment for 1 hour.
Constant sheet resistance can be found even at high temperature of 50°C to 350°C without changing the coating film
