AllInOneCyclerTM


  AllInOneCyclerTM uses the patented (KR10-1343891) novel alloy block and cutting-edge temperature control algorithm to provide the fastest class cycler among the currently released thermal cyclers. This instrument comes with 6 different types of interchangeable blocks-three different sample-well types(96-well, 384-well and slide PCR) with two different metal (aluminum and novel alloy) that a customer can choose a proper block for each experimental purpose. The unique temperature control system adopted in AllInOneCyclerTM ensures reproducible results, and the thermal gradient function enables to find an optimal annealing temperature. Finally, the new graphic interface helps customers use AllInOneCyclerTM easier and the compact and lightweight design improves portability and space efficiency.

Features and Benefits

1. Fastest ramping rate

  A standard thermal block for AllInOneCyclerTM provides maximum ramp rate at 6.5℃/sec. and the novel alloy thermal block* up to 9.5 ℃/sec. With this, researchers can save both time and energy along the use of AccuPower PCR premix technology. Such feature is based on the specific heat capacity of metal alloy that is used in the novel alloy thermal block, which is about 30 % lower than common aluminum block. Thus, the ramp rate of the novel alloy thermal block can go up to 30 % higher than that of aluminum block.

* Novel alloy thermal block: The novel alloy material invented by Bioneer was patented in Korea (Korean patent registration 10-1343891), and is patent-pending in the United States, Europe, Japan and China.

2. High energy efficiency

  The lower thermal capacity of novel alloy block enables the reduction of electric energy consumption for about 20 % compared to competitor’s instrument in single PCR experiment.

3. Excellent Accuracy and Uniformity

  Precise temperature control system improves the temperature accuracy and uniformity on the entire thermal block that includes wells between center and border. As a result, the user can achieve reproducible results because of these thermal reliability.

4. Interchangeable thermal block system

  Bioneer provides the interchangeable thermal blocks made of 2 different metals (normal and novel alloy) and classified to 3 sample-well types (96-well, 384-well and slide PCR).
The researcher can choose a thermal block among 6 interchangeable blocks for their experimental purposes.




5. Thermal Gradient PCR

  The researcher can find the optimal experimental conditions easily by using gradient function of AllInOneCyclerTM at once, and also reduce the time and consumables for additional experiments to set optimal condition.

6. Easy-to-use interface

  Through graphical user interface with 7-inch touch LCD screen, the user can use AllInOneCyclerTM easily and conveniently. In addition, the user can reduce the time to set PCR protocols by selecting among 8 template protocols supplied in ‘New Protocol’ menu.
For high-throughput research, the user can test large amount of samples at the same time by AllInOneCyclerTM PC control software that operating and monitoring the multiple devices.

7. Compact and simple design

  Compact and simple design is suitable for small lab space, and easy to move.
